BY-PRODUCTS organized by the Faculty of Food Technology, Croatian Academy of Engineering (HATZ), Udru\u017eenja za nutricionizam i dijetetiku (BiH), European Hygienic Engineering &amp; Design Group \u2013 EHEDG (Germany) and Croatian Science Foundation was held on 29th October 2022 in Osijek.\u00a0 The Conference, the visual identification of the Programme and Book of Abstracts were funded by the Croatian Science Foundation within the project \u201c<strong>Application of innovative techniques for extraction of bioactive components from plant by-products<\/strong>\u201d (UIP-2017-05-9909).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Principal Investigator of ByProExtract project, <strong>Stela Joki\u0107<\/strong>, held plenary lecture with the topic: \u201eApplication of innovative techniques of the extraction of bioactive components from by-products of plant origin\u201c.<\/p>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
