Stela Joki\u0107 i doc. dr. sc. Antun Jozinovi\u0107 gdje su predstavili novi eko-inovativni prehrambeni proizvod FLIPSOS s kojim su studenti PTFOS-a osvojili ove godine prvo mjesto na studentskom natjecanju \u201eEcotrophelia\u201c. Ovo natjecanje odr\u017eava se ve\u0107 5. godinu zaredom u Hrvatskoj na Prehrambeno \u2013 biotehnolo\u0161kom fakultetu Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Zagrebu. Cilj natjecanja je poticanje studentske inovativnosti i kreativnosti, stvaranje novih eko-inovativnih proizvoda te njihov plasman i promocija na nacionalnom i europskom tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Ovaj proizvod \u0107e se predstaviti i na daljnjem europskom natjecanju u listopadu u Parizu. FLIPSOS predstavlja rezultat rada na projektu FUNEXFOOD, a pripremljen je pod mentorstvom doc. dr. sc.
