Klara Seletković successfully defended her graduate thesis within the project

At the Faculty of Food Technology on September 30, 2021, Klara Seletković defended her graduate thesis “Energy efficiency of the Enzymatic Synthesis of Biodiesel” under the mentorship of Sandra Budžaki, full prof. 

The experimental part of the graduate thesis was realized at the Sub-department of Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development and within the project “Immobilization of Lipases on Functionalised Carriers Produced from Selected Agro-Food Industrial Waste“.
