Dora Nikolić successfully defended her graduate thesis within the project

Dora Nikolić defended her graduate thesis entitled “Enzymatic Synthesis of Biodiesel from Soapstock Oil” which was held on September 27, 2021 at the Faculty of Food Technology in Osijek. The paper was prepared under the mentorship of Sandra Budžaki, full prof.

The experimental part of the thesis was realized within the project “Immobilization of Lipases on Functionalised Carriers Produced from Selected Agro-Food Industrial Waste” (IP-2020-02-6878).
