Marija Magdalena Jelušić successfully defended her graduate thesis within the project
At the Faculty of Food Technology Osijek, Marija Magdalena Jelušić defended her graduate thesis “Sequential Extraction of Proteins and Polyphenols from Spent Coffee Grounds and Brown Onion Skins Using Ultrasound-Assisted and Subcritical Extraction” under the mentorship of Ivica Strelec, full prof. and co-mentor Krunoslav Aladić, assist. prof. Marija Magdalena thus obtained the title of Master of Food Engineering. Congratulations and good wishes in future work!
