Nikolina Rakitovac successfully defended her graduate thesis within the project

At the Faculty of Food Technology Osijek, Nikolina Rakitovac successfully defended her graduate thesis “The Optimization of Extraction Conditions of Eggshell Membrane Glycosaminoglycans” under the mentorship of Ivica Strelec, full prof.
