Marta Ostojčić’s doctoral dissertation successfully defended
On Friday, April 25, 2025, in the Council hall of the Faculty of Food Technology Osijek, Marta Ostojčić successfully defended her doctoral dissertation “Immobilization of Burkholderia cepacia and Pseudomonas fluorescens lipases on eggshell membrane based carriers” under the supervision of Sandra Budžaki, full prof. and co-supervisor Ivica Strelec, full prof.
