Ana-Marija \u0107e posvetiti 100% svog vremena provo\u0111enju projekta. Provodit \u0107e fizikalno-kemijske analize, pra\u0107enje skladi\u0161tenja i pripremu soka od jabuka. Tijekom skladi\u0161tenja i pripreme soka od jabuka pratiti \u0107e fizikalno-kemijska svojstva jabuka i soka od jabuka. Analize \u0107e provoditi zajedno s A. Lon\u010dari\u0107 i iste \u0107e biti dio njegovog\/njezinog doktorskog rada.
