Zaklju\u010dak ovog rada je da:  Hiperspektralno snimanje omogu\u0107uje nedestruktivnu analizu biolo\u0161kih uzoraka. Analiza na hiperspektralnoj kameri Specim IQ otkrila je spektralne karakteristike za sedam sorti jabuka zara\u017eenih s <em>Penicillium expansum<\/em>. Spektralna refleksija u vidljivom 400 700 nm), kao i u infracrvenom valnom duljinom 700 1000 nm) daje rezultate u kojima se mo\u017ee detektirati prisutnost patogenog okoli\u0161a.
