Official Congress publications are: Book of Abstracts which will include all accepted abstracts, and Congress Proceedings which will include the submitted and revised manuscripts of oral and/or poster presentations of the authors.
In addition, the manuscript selected by the Scientific Committee will be considered for publication in the Croatian Journal of Food Science and Technology.
Abstracts for oral and poster presentation written in the Abstract Submission Form should be submitted via abstract submission page until March 30th,2019.
Authors will be informed about the acceptance of the abstract, no later than April 30th 2019. The Scientific Committee will review and reserve the right to decide on the acceptance of the abstracts, as well as on the type of presentation (oral or poster).
Please note, the corresponding author must be a registered participant and may be a presenting author only of two submitted abstracts.
The Book of Abstracts will be distributed upon arrival to the Meeting.
All authors (oral and posters presentations) have the possibility to publish their papers in the Congress Proceedings traditionally indexed in the CABI Full Text database via online platform CAB Direct, Scopus, and sometimes in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (former ISI Proceedings) accessed via Web of Science™ Core Collection. Congress Proceedings will be available online when published (estimated date of publishing is February 2020).
Manuscript selected by the Scientific Committee will be considered for publication in the Croatian Journal of Food Science and Technology (indexed in Cab Abstracts and Food Science and Technology Abstracts). Corresponding author of a selected manuscript will be informed and acquainted to prepare manuscript according to the journal instructions. Publishing of selected manuscripts in the above mentioned journal will be dependent on the reviewing process.
Published will be only those papers (oral and poster presentations) where at least one author has paid full registration fee.
