Open distance participation is intended for those participants who are unable to attend the congress due to travel costs, schedule conflict or teaching/research load, but wish to participate with their research at Flour-Bread ’19 Congress. It allows participants to submit their abstracts for reviewing and publication in the Book of Abstract, and full manuscript for reviewing and publication in the Congress Proceedings, as well as to present their research in the form of poster presentation during the Congress. Please note that review process for open distance participation will strictly follow the review process for regular submissions. Open distance participants who intend to present their research in the form of poster, are obligated to prepare poster presentation, afterwards assigned “personal assistant” will guide them through the process of Print-on-site service.
Print-on-site service is not included in the open distance registration fee, but is payed extra to the printing service.
Open distance participant will receive full set of Congress materials and Certificate of Attendance.

Liability: The Flour-Bread ’19 Congress organiser will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Congress or related events. In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Congress organiser accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by participants. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.
Insurance: The Flour-Bread ‘19 Congress organiser cannot be responsible for healthcare, dental and ambulance services during its Congress or events. The Flour-Bread ‘19 Congress organiser strongly recommends that participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance participants, which should cover the possibility of flight cancellation due to strikes and other causes as this is not included in the registration fee. The Flour-Bread ’19 Congress organiser and its co-organisers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.
Photography, audio and video recording: The Flour-Bread ’19 Congress is held in a public space thus photographs and videos may be taken. The organisers do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video- or audiotaping some Congress activities. Participants agree that organiser may use images and videos taken by the organiser and/or participants at the Congress in material for dissemination purposes (e.g. publications, website, etc.).
GDPR related terms: By registering for Flour-Bread ’19 Congress after accepting Terms and Conditions, participants are giving consent for personal data processing in the participant list, programme schedule, Congress publications: Book of Abstracts and Congress Proceedings, as well as Congress website. Flour-Bread ’19 Congress organizer will process following personal data: name, surname, institution, country and email address. These details may also be available for parties directly related to the Flour-Bread ’19 Congress, including the Congress co-organizers.
