STATEMENT FOR CONFIRMATION OF NONEXISTENT CONFLICT OF INTEREST
According to Article 80, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act ("Narodne novine", no. 120/16), Faculty of Food and Technology Osijek, as the contractor, announces that there are no economic entities with whome the contracting entity's representative referred to in Article 76, paragraph 2, item 1 . ZJN 2016 or related parties are in a conflict of
interest.
