Malta

This year we participated on the 9th World Congress on Polyphenols Applications – Malta Polyphenols organized by International Society of Antioxidants in Nutrition and Health (ISANH). Malta Polyphenols brought experts from academia and industries to debate on the latest scientific advances in the field of polyphenols and their uses to improve human health. On congress we presented results on influence of disaccharides addition on phenolics and antioxidant activity of freeze-dried sour cherry puree.
