Zbog toga raste svjesnost o hrani i dodacima prehrani koji mogu imati potencijal za pozitivan zdravstveni u\u010dinak. Istra\u017euju se novi izvori prirodnih bioaktivnih spojeva i dodataka prehrani koji mogu pobolj\u0161ati zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Cilj<\/strong>:. Cilj projekta je iz hrane i nusprodukata prehrambene industrije tradicionalnim i inovativnim tehnikama ekstrahirati bioaktivne spojeve i komponente s potencijalom dodataka prehrani, karakterizirati ih, i ispitati njihovo pona\u0161anje i specifi\u010dne bioaktivnosti tijekom simulirane probave. Na temelju istra\u017eenih specifi\u010dnih bioaktivnosti i procjene unosa skupina namirnica relevantnih za promatrane komponente, cilj je prona\u0107i novitete u prehrambenim smjernicama te definirati nove mogu\u0107nosti upotrebe izoliranih spojeva kao dodataka prehrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"273\" height=\"141\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ptfos.unios.hr\/BioActFood\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/RH_MoSaE.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Summary<\/strong>: Modern lifestyle and unbalanced diet have led to the emergence of various diseases. Therefore, awareness of foods and food supplements that may have the potential for positive health effects is growing. New sources of natural bioactive compounds and food supplements that can improve health are being investigated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Aim:<\/strong> The aim of the project is to extract bioactive compounds and components from food and by-products of the food industry using traditional and innovative techniques, characterize them, and test their behavior and specific bioactivities during simulated digestion.
