Ove metode omogu\u0107uju sintezu i ekstrakciju organskih spojeva uz smanjenu potro\u0161nju otapala, bla\u017ee reakcijske uvjete i kra\u0107e vrijeme reakcije, \u010dime se doprinosi odr\u017eivosti kemijskih procesa.<br>Pripravljeni spojevi (derivati piridina, kinazolinona i kumarina) bit \u0107e okarakterizirani primjenom suvremenih spektroskopskih i analiti\u010dkih tehnika, uklju\u010duju\u0107i NMR, IR i MS spektroskopiju. U biljnim \u0107e ekstraktima biti kvantificirani bioaktivni spojevi.<br>Pripravljenim \u0107e spojevima biti odre\u0111ene antioksidacijske i antifungalne aktivnosti, uz mogu\u0107nost analiziranja i nekih drugih biolo\u0161kih aktivnosti .<br>Elektroanaliti\u010dke metode, s posebnim naglaskom na cikli\u010dku voltametriju, koristit \u0107e se za ispitivanje elektrokemijskih svojstava sintetiziranih spojeva, \u0161to \u0107e omogu\u0107iti bolji uvid u njihovu potencijalnu primjenu u kemijskoj, farmaceutskoj, kozmeti\u010dkoj industriji.<br>U istra\u017eivanja \u0107e biti uklju\u010deni i nusproizvodi prehrambene industrije kao potencijalni izvor ekolo\u0161ki prihvatljivih, ekonomi\u010dnih i u\u010dinkovitih alternativnih katalizatora za organske reakcije. Njihovom uporabom promi\u010de se odr\u017eiva kemija, smanjuje se koli\u010dina otpada te se aktivno doprinosi razvoju kru\u017enog gospodarstva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-ac1171bc3ed3c4e2480cf94557c31361\" id=\"block-e1c43797-3a21-48ed-88c8-f8c6eb218581\"><strong>Environmentally friendly methods for the synthesis and extraction of organic compounds with potential biological activity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-fb232efd24dda6aa1630594a1fc846e5\" id=\"block-c8ee9b76-bd32-40f7-b36c-133f4dda227e\"><strong>About: <\/strong>Research on the project will focus on the development and application of environmentally friendly methods of organic synthesis and extraction. The aim of the research will be to analyze the possibilities of increasing the energy and process efficiency of individual chemical methods while reducing their negative impact on the environment. The research will include syntheses and extractions under the influence of microwave radiation, ultrasound, mechanochemical synthesis and mechanochemical extraction, as well as syntheses and extractions in low-temperature eutectic solvents, which stand out as sustainable alternatives to traditional approaches. These methods enable the synthesis and extraction of organic compounds with reduced solvent consumption, milder reaction conditions, and shorter reaction times, contributing to sustaining chemical processes. We will characterize the prepared compounds (derivatives of pyridine, quinazolinone, and coumarin) using modern spectroscopic and analytical techniques, including NMR, IR, and MS spectroscopy. Researchers will quantify bioactive compounds in plant extracts.\u00a0<br>Researchers will also test the prepared compounds for antioxidant and antifungal activities, and they might analyze some other biological activities.\u00a0<br>Electroanalytical methods, focusing specially on cyclic voltammetry, will examine the electrochemical properties of the synthesized compounds, which will provide better insight into their potential applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.\u00a0<br>The research will also include by-products from the food industry as a potential source of environmentally friendly, economical, and effective alternative catalysts for organic reactions.
