Predstavljanje projekta javnosti u okviru edukativne aktivnosti \u201e\u0160kola kemije na PTF-u\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

U sklopu 9. \u201e\u0160kole kemije na PTF-u\u201c doc. dr. sc. Valentina Bu\u0161i\u0107, predstavila je projekt EMSEO javnosti. Tijekom predstavljanja istaknuti su ciljevi projekta koji su fokusirani na razvoj odr\u017eivijih kemijskih procesa. Projekt istra\u017euje primjenu zelenih i inovativnih metoda sinteze i ekstrakcije \u2013 poput mikrovalnog i ultrazvu\u010dnog zra\u010denja, mehanokemije te niskotemperaturnih eutekti\u010dkih otapala \u2013 s ciljem smanjenja potro\u0161nje energije, otapala i negativnog utjecaja na okoli\u0161. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na ispitivanje bioaktivnosti pripravljenih spojeva te kori\u0161tenje nusproizvoda prehrambene industrije kao alternativnih katalizatora, \u010dime se dodatno poti\u010de odr\u017eiva kemija i razvoj kru\u017enog gospodarstva.

Projekt je financiran sredstvima Europske unije \u2013 NextGenerationEU<\/strong> u okviru Nacionalnog plana za oporavak i otpornost (NPOO)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presentation of the Project to the Public within the Educational Activity \u201cSchool of Chemistry at Faculty of Food Technology Osijek\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the 9th \u201eSchool of Chemistry at Faculty of Food Technology Osijek\u201c Assist. Prof. Valentina Bu\u0161i\u0107, PhD, presented the EMSEO project to the public. During the presentation, the project goals were highlighted, focusing on the development of more sustainable chemical processes. The project explores the application of green and innovative synthesis and extraction methods \u2014 such as microwave and ultrasonic irradiation, mechanochemistry, and low-temperature eutectic solvents \u2014 with the aim of reducing energy and solvent consumption as well as negative environmental impact. Special emphasis was placed on testing the bioactivity of the prepared compounds and on using food industry by-products as alternative catalysts, thereby further promoting sustainable chemistry and the development of a circular economy.

The project is funded by the European Union \u2013 NextGenerationEU<\/strong> under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
