Systems on the Stability of Eggshells as Enzyme Immobilization Carriers<\/strong><\/a>&#8221; which was held on September 27, 2021 at the Faculty of Food Technology in Osijek.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"1\" data-number-of-phrases=\"8\">The paper was prepared under the mentorship of <\/span><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"3\" data-number-of-phrases=\"8\">Ivica Strelec, full prof. and co-mentor <\/span><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"5\" data-number-of-phrases=\"8\">Natalija Veli\u0107, assoc. prof.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"7\" data-number-of-phrases=\"8\">The experimental part of the thesis was realized within the project &#8220;<strong>Immobilization of Lipases on Functionalised Carriers Produced from Selected Agro-Food Industrial Waste<\/strong>&#8221; (IP-2020-02-6878).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\"
