Faculty of Food Technology in Osijek.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"1\" data-number-of-phrases=\"8\">The paper was prepared under the mentorship of\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"3\" data-number-of-phrases=\"8\">Sandra Bud\u017eaki, full prof.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hr\" data-phrase-index=\"7\" data-number-of-phrases=\"8\">The experimental part of the thesis was realized within the project \u201c<strong>Immobilization of Lipases on Functionalised Carriers Produced from Selected Agro-Food Industrial Waste<\/strong>\u201d (IP-2020-02-6878).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div
