Project team members Marta Ostoj\u010di\u0107, MSc, and Mirna Brekalo, MSc, successfully defended the topics of their doctoral dissertations on Friday, February 23, 2024, in the Council Hall of the Faculty of Food Technology Osijek in front of the expert Committee and the attending public.<\/p>\n

The topic of the doctoral dissertation of colleague Marta Ostoj\u010di\u0107 is “Immobilization of Burkholderia cepacia<\/em> and Pseudomonas fluorescens<\/em> lipases on eggshell membrane based carriers<\/strong>“, and the mentor is Sandra Bud\u017eaki, Ph.D., full prof.\u00a0 and commentor Ivica Strelec, Ph.D., full. prof.<\/p>\n

The topic of the doctoral dissertation of colleague Mirna Brekalo is “Immobilization of Burkholderia cepacia<\/em> and Pseudomonas<\/em> fluorescens<\/em> lipases on cellulose carriers obtained by transformation of coffee grounds and red onion skins<\/strong>“, and the mentor is Ivica Strelec, Ph.D., full. prof.\u00a0 and commentor Sandra Bud\u017eaki, Ph.D., full prof.<\/p>\n

Both dissertations will be created as part of the ImoLipWaste project.<\/p>\n
