On 19 June 2026, we conducted the first interviews within the AG 3.1 – Mapping the Needs of
the Labour Market activity as part of the Interreg BABE project. We had the pleasure of
meeting with two industrial partners from the pharmaceutical sector: Yasenka and C-pharm.
Through open and insightful conversations, we discussed the key skills and knowledge that
PTFOS fresh graduates are currently missing when entering the pharmaceutical and related
industries.
These first-hand insights are extremely valuable and will directly contribute to shaping our
upcoming questionnaire and, ultimately, to the development of targeted short courses (micro-
credentials) that better reflect real industry needs.
