On 19 June 2026, we conducted the first interviews within the AG 3.1 \u2013 Mapping the Needs of
the Labour Market activity as part of the Interreg BABE project. We had the pleasure of
meeting with two industrial partners from the pharmaceutical sector: Yasenka and C-pharm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Through open and insightful conversations, we discussed the key skills and knowledge that
PTFOS fresh graduates are currently missing when entering the pharmaceutical and related
industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


These first-hand insights are extremely valuable and will directly contribute to shaping our
upcoming questionnaire and, ultimately, to the development of targeted short courses (micro-
credentials) that better reflect real industry needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


A big thank you to our industrial partners for their time, expertise, and willingness to support
a stronger connection between education and industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
