Ines Banjari predstavila je projekt <strong>MultiFunFood<\/strong> \u0161iroj javnosti. Tijekom predstavljanja istaknuti su ciljevi projekta usmjereni na razvoj inovativnih funkcionalnih pekarskih i mlije\u010dnih proizvoda s dodanom zdravstvenom vrijedno\u0161\u0107u, uz kori\u0161tenje nusproizvoda prehrambene industrije kao doprinos kru\u017enoj bioekonomiji.<br data-start=\"7812\" data-end=\"7815\" \/>Najavljena su i budu\u0107a ispitivanja prihvatljivosti proizvoda i njihovih zdravstvenih u\u010dinaka, u koja \u0107e biti uklju\u010deni zainteresirani gra\u0111ani.<\/p><hr \/><p data-start=\"7959\" data-end=\"8446\">As part of the panel <em data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"423\">\u201cVeganuary, or Why Not Try Something New?\u201d<\/em>, <strong data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"451\">Prof. Dr. Ines Banjari<\/strong> introduced the <strong data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"491\">MultiFunFood project<\/strong> to a wider audience.
