International Conference Food Industry By-Products – FIB Conference 2021

On June 28, 2021, the 2nd international scientific and professional conference Food Industry By-Products was held in Kopački rit, where Sandra Budžaki, full professor, held an invited lecture entitled “Immobilization of Lipases on Functionalised Carriers Produced from Selected Agro-Food Industrial Waste”.

The promotion of the book “Neke mogućnosti iskorištenja nusproizvoda prehrambene industrije – Knjiga 3.” was also reflected in this gathering in which project team members are co-authors of several chapters.
