Ena Begić successfully defended her graduate thesis within the project

Ena Begić defended her graduate thesis entitled “Effect of Different Buffer Systems on the Stability of Eggshells as Enzyme Immobilization Carriers” which was held on September 27, 2021 at the Faculty of Food Technology in Osijek. The paper was prepared under the mentorship of Ivica Strelec, full prof. and co-mentor Natalija Velić, assoc. prof.

The experimental part of the thesis was realized within the project “Immobilization of Lipases on Functionalised Carriers Produced from Selected Agro-Food Industrial Waste” (IP-2020-02-6878).
