Objavom prvog znanstvenog rada ostvaren je jedan od ključnih ranih rezultata projekta MultiFunFood. Publikacija doprinosi vidljivosti projekta u znanstvenoj zajednici te potvrđuje kvalitetu i relevantnost provedenih istraživanja.
With the publication of the first scientific paper, one of the key early outcomes of the MultiFunFood project has been achieved. The publication enhances the project’s visibility within the scientific community and confirms the quality and relevance of the conducted research.
