Dear colleagues,

I am very honoured to invite you on behalf of the Scientific and Organising Committee to attend the 15th International Scientific-Professional Conference WITH FOOD TO HEALTH, that will be held in Osijek, Croatia on September 17th and 18th 2025.

On this year’s Conference our aim is during two days to gather eminent experts from the academic community and industry, nutritionists, food technologists, pharmacists, medical doctors, and all who are interested in food and food influence on health in any aspect. It is my great pleasure that many institutions are involved in the Conference organisation, and their number and affiliation to different professional areas confirm the importance of the subject and give special interdisciplinary character to this Conference.

As before, you will be able to present your research through plenary lectures, invited lectures, oral or poster presentations, but also feel free to propose activities that may additionally upgrade the Conference through cooperation with the Organising Committee.

With great pleasure, I invite you to actively participate in the Conference, in knowledge and know-how exchange, in productive discussions and social meetings with experts from Croatia and abroad.
