10th International Congress of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists

U Zagrebu se u periodu od 30. studenog do 02. prosinca 2022. godine održao kongres 10th International Congress of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists na kojem su sudjelovali članovi istraživačkog tima projekta ByProExtract s posterskim priopćenjem na temu: “The Preparation of N doped Carbon Quantum Dots from Citric Acid and Citrus clementina Peel The Application in Iron(III) Detection in Herbs and Spices” autora Silvije Šafranko, Šimuna Mandić te voditeljice projekta prof. dr. sc. Stele Jokić.
